All these people who are saying neill would beat carragher in a one on one fight haven't got a clue. Carragher's family are from by ours and they're all hard lads. Never under-estimate the power of the scally/pikey when it comes to straighteners

How good can they be when they always get their mates to help out?Isn't that what Carragher was doing anyway?

ive read what carraghers wrote and ive read what you've wrote mate, and i think your the mug and the scumbag. are you telling me what he done there is really that bad given carraghers motivation? did you see what neil actually did to carraghers leg? you like to talk a lot of smack and you seem to be calling carragher a coward for nearly getting his mates to do neil, so if someone ran over to you in a game of football (who was more or less a stranger to you) and broke your leg, you wouldnt feel any animosity towards him? if you do then your a hypicrate.

There is a big difference to feeling animosity towards an individual and wanting your mates to deck him.

theres a suprise. always nice to give a completely objective, unbiased view.

i have clearly explained why Mr Carragher is a mug and a scumbag, i wonder what makes you think i am a mug and a scumbag? care to explain? of course i see what he did. he fouled him and broke his leg. its football, this kind of thing happens. everybody who plays the game knows this. incidentally i have been on the end of a similar incident. i got fouled and destroyed the ligaments in my tendons which stopped me playing competetive football for over 18 months. cant say i went out like a self righteous mission to attack the culprit.

Carragher is a scumbag and you are too for having the audacity to back this filthy piece of work. coming from Liverpool it is hardly a huge shock though.

This is an extract from Carragher’s book that never made to the tabloid. I don’t know why because it’s full of controversy sort of. I couldn’t help laughing for 10 minutes after reading that one. The story comes after England lost in the WC06
“Players from Liverpool and United took a connecting flight to Manchester from Heathrow, but the stormy conditions were atrocious. As the plane dipped from side to side, there was a moment where all of us genuinely feared we weren’t going to make it. On the plus side, the plane was rerouted to Liverpool’s John Lennon’s airport. I tried to remain calm to reassure my children James and Mia,but most of the women and children were screaming.
Try and keep quiet I shouted the kids are getting terrified. There was someone screeching in terror towards the back of the plane. I’d never heard howling like it before. Even my 2 year old daughter had never created such a noise. Whose child is that ? I asked Nicola.
When I looked myself , I noticed it wasn’t an infant. Head in his hand, ducked into the safety position, was an inconsolable England and Manchester United superstar. It was Wayne Rooney”

That is so funny, Rooney cries more than a child what a ******* he is, everyone in my office laughed at that one. Disgraceful behavior lol.

I have nearly finished reading it and he comes as an intelligent person actually. Maybe his ghost writer is good as embellishing the truth. For example if you read Gerrard book, you think he is really dumb, Carragher seems to use his brain.

I agree this has been a more enjoyable book compared to fowler's and gerrard's , and yes he has been naive and foolish with his comments about lucas neill......

Regarding questioning his abilties as a player i dont understand that at all , he has been a rock at the heart of liverpool's defence and has shown that he is a very good player......

In connection with the rigobert song incident fair play to him i have hunted and fouled players as i am sure most people in this forum has as well.....

I think he has been stupid on that one because he has no clue what has been said about him. IF he gets upset every time someone makes a comment about him in a foreign language Shocked
