In fact, i wouldn't even attempt to rush them back. We can cope without them and we'll avoid all the whinging from opposition fans about them not playing for their countries and such... I anticipate Keane may be just okay in time to play so i'd stick him on the bench in case he's needed. With Gerrard not playing, as he isn't expected to by the way, i'd really like to see Alonso given a more offensive role and try and dictate everything like he can. Torn between Pennant and Yossi for the right - but i'd play Jermain on the basis that he hasn't travelled to Israel this week... it would be nice to say to Benayoun, "okay, here's your chance, show what you can do", but Pennant tends to be good against the smaller sides so he'd pip it. If i were to play Benayoun i'd contemplate playing him in the centre behind Torres and have Kuyt on the right, maybe the two interchanging. And finally Kuyt and Torres together up front, Kuyt dropping deep if needed. The two know eachother well, both scored for their countries and should be a good bet for goals against a defensively astute Fulham side. |

Can't see anything but a Liverpool win here, although Liverpool do seem to take these games likely and make harder work of them than is needed. I will go for a 2-0 win and Torres to get the goals.

Hoping to see Nando announcing his return to the Premier League in this match. Fulham had a good win against Spurs last week but I can't see them winning at Anfield.

i reckon Fulham will stun the Kop and show everyone they are a force to be reckoned with ....no longer are they the whipping boys of the Premier League .....buoyed impressive wins over Newcastle and Spurs and leaping to 10th in the table ..Fulham will further prove they are ready to mount a serious challenge for a place in europe ...

Fulham last game played beutiful game vs. totenham but Liverpool as we know is one of the best team
and they are my favourite in this game.Liverpool will win by 2 goals of difference. |

Lucas is starting alongside Mascherano in the CM for Liverpool today. Alonso is on the bench(Any injuries for him or something??? Cause I thought he'd start with the good form he's having)

Looking forward to seeing Lucas play in what I think is his best position. When Gerrard is fit, he's always first choice no doubt and thats what Lucas suffers from.
