Hi everyone,
I am a football enthusiast and would like to get back into training and playing football on a weekly basis. If anyone can help with the following would be much appreciated, diet plan, structured training plans for fitness training and someone to train with in the London area male or female does not matter. I feel if you train with other people the motivation will be there to continue as when you are on your own it is much to easy to just give up and say you can’t be bothered. I am male 26 from North London and am ready to start training ASAP please so if anyone can help me train for my quest to play football again would make this a dream come true.
