Correct.

That's how the WORLD see's us.

And we still did it without, Fabregas, Gallas, Walcott, Eduardo, Rosicky, Silvestre.

How's the relegation battle going?

We'll stay up and for now, that's all that matters.

Will you finish 4th? That's the real question.

Some of the football was really nice. Some of the play from Nasri and van Persie was of real high quality at times, and the goal was really nice one touch football through & across the box from Clichy to Robin and Bendtner finishing it off from a dodgy angle.

Bolton sat back all game, they were weakened by injuries and absentees so you'd expect them to sit fully in park-the-bus mode.

We've struggled to break down teams like that many times in the past. It's not easy, but if you keep the faith you'll get your rewards and we did. Before we'd get frustrated and yesterday was a good example of how well we've matured and how strong our team spirit is. We could have pummelled shots at Bolton all night and not score, yet concede a set-piece at the other end and lose the game. We controlled it, defended well and did enough to win it with a hatful of top class players missing, including our best player.

I was impressed with Nasri's play when he went central. Maybe he's the answer to Cesc's absence? I would be happy to see him there and any of Denílson/Diaby/Song alongside. Eboué, Diaby and Wilshere could step into the wide positions considering we're missing quite a few there, but that central role is more important and Nasri there would be better for us.

van Persie looked great again, and he's still fit. I'm amazed. Let's hope this is the start of a good run considering we've played two tricky sides and kept two clean sheets with 6pts. Our fixture list for the next month ain't frightening. We could clock up a good lock of points and catch up on Chelsea and Liverpool like we've started doing this weekend.

Fully agree. When Nasri moved to the middle and Vela came in to play on the left, the game changed for the better. Nasri did play the central role with Marseille afterall. And Van Persie was great as he's been on good form of late.

I think we can pull through this part of the season and get some form going. I wonder when Eduardo will be seeded back in? He could be crucial in the coming months.

Despite our injury problems, we actually do have some quality young backup. Vela, Wilshere and Ramsey have come in and looked the part at the best of times. Hugely talented youngsters desperate for games. Also Bendtner, Eboué and Diaby have come in for real good use in various roles - Diaby could establish himself as a starter yet, but I don't think he's quite found his rhythm this season.

We just need to balance this Midfield and get some form going. I believe we can make a lot of this season yet, and with Cesc, Eduardo, Walcott and potentially Rosický to return in the latter part of this term we could set ourselves up for silverware all right.

I think unless Wenger buys some threats off the bench Arsenal will quickly be in the same position again come the next couple of months. They need more depth to keep the payers that they have honest and only then will they be able to have a foundation to build off of.

Arsenal v Bolton
