Blues boss Steve Bruce is still hopeful that he can thrash out a deal that will see Birmingham city sign striker Walter "el rifle" Pandiani on a permanent basis from current club Deportivo La Coruna.
Pandianis loan spell ended after the 2-1 win at
Arsenal on saturday and has admitted its tough trying to get to a deal that both Birmingham and Deportivo can agree on.

"We've got two or three months until August 31 so we hope that the president of Deportivo can lower his price a little bit to try and help us. |
