why in this forum when someone looses the lost side comes and accuse the other os cheating? When POR lost with FRA I didn't came here with my hot blood even if I believe that FRA played worse and the PK was doubtful... I guess it's a matter of good sense. France did a great tournament but a team that draws with Korea and Swiss and only scores by 2 doubtful PK's in the last 2 games doesn't deserve to be World Champs. So, Figo was a violent dude when he hit the dutch with his head? Sad to see such a fine player like Zidane to end his carreer this way. Nice punishment for mr. Domenech and Gallas, those two showed a complete lack of fair-play during the semi-final preview (gallas) ; during the match (domenech) and after (Domenech -what he said to the portuguese players) |

Call me crazy but when it was all over i wasn't happy .. France played better than us tonight .. But after reading the comments on this forum from sore frenchmen losers and after waht zidane did .. i now think we totally deserve the WC.

Italy only received 2 goals one own goal and one Pk (thank you Cannavaro and all the defense)
Italy beat the Cechs (sp?) (#3 I think) destroyed the Ucranians outplayed the home team and beat France by PK (sth Italy suffered 3 times in the past 4 world cups - I call it JUSTICE  ) that had defeted the #1 Brazil. In the match against Australia Italy got a red card because Materazzi fouled a teammate 
just when Italy was superior Shut up and bow to the world champions.

France are finished now, most of their key players will be gone now, replaced by players some of whom just aren't up to the task. Tonight was most likely the last France game for Zidane (obviously), Makelele, Thuram and possibly Viera. It will be the last World Cup certainly for, Henry, Trezequet,Barthez, Sagnol,Gallas,Viera.
