By my opinion France & Germany are the biggest favourites for the Euro 2008. Then comes Italy... The reason that I put Italy last is because of the change of Lippi. I think Donadoni isn't ready yet to guide a big "team" like Italy. I am a big fan of Italy but still if Donadoni is not substituted then we might not even qualify for the Euro 2008...

Yeah! Where is the "other" option?!

I'd like to hope for my country to make the Euro Finals, but with the Germans and the Czechs (and Slovakia) in our group i don't see it happening. And the other team i support, Greece, will probably go through (2 in 2 so far) and maybe even get to the quarters or something, but i doubt they can do it again. All the big guns are prepared for them now and Rehhagel isn't doing much to change our style and tactics.

I voted for Germany. A good young team that could reach their peak in the next 1.5-2 years. After them i think France, Italy and Portugal are the next logical favourites. Maybe the Netherlands too, especially if Van Basten sucks it up and calls RVN and Van Bommel.

Portugal could do it, but not Spain. They have the talent but they never do well on the big stage. I like them too, but i've given up on hoping they can win something.

i think exactly the same you do. you can include the czechs on that group, they always impress but never win.
