Barça are in Mexico doing the pre-season and will play in some hours their first game against
Monterrey. These are two images of one of the trainings that Barça have done in Monterrey's stadium, with 35,000 people that have paid to see it:

After the game Barça will travel to Los Angeles.

Barça 1 - Chivas Guadalajara 1

74' Gudjohnsen
80' Diego Martínez

For what I have read, the game has only been good in the second half, when Ronaldinho has played. Another goal of Gudjohnsen Very Happy

Yes is Giovanni dos Santos, a mexican player that plays in Barça B (Barça youth team), is 17 years old. Is the best young player that we have in youth teams together with Bojan Krkic. He is doing the pre-season with the first team with more players of the youth teams. But I don't think that he plays with the first team official games this season. Perhaps next season, he is still young.

Messi started when he was 18 years old I think. Giovanni dos Santos is 17 years old. And moreover Giovanni dos Santos still can't play official games with the first team because he has mexican nationality and would need a nationality of European Comunity to play, like for example Italian, Spanish, French,........ I hope that he gets it during this season.

Barça 4 - América de México 4

Barça's defense didn't play well and Barça were losing 4-1. Scored Marquez, Saviola, Ronaldinho and Eto'o.

How many matches have they played there in Mexico/USA until now?

I wonder if this won't harm them for the rest of the season...

And for the last game that Barça will play in America and that will be in New York, all the 75,000 tickets of the Giants Stadium have been sold.

It seems that Barcelona has copied the american tour of Real Madrid, the same tour that everyone critizised last year, and the year before. Let's see what happens this season...

I have watched the game. Ronnie seems to be loved there. He did a good game, saviola too.
Eto'o goal was fantastic.

Raul, we dont have models in our club so it is alright. Cool
