Wycombe Wanderers have signed their second goalkeeper in the space of two days with the loan capture of Fulham youngster Ricardo Batista.
The Portuguese youth international, who spent a spell at MK Dons last season, moves to the League Two side on a five month deal, joining fellow new face Jamie Young at Paul Lambert's side.
Batista impressed during Wycombe's pre-season friendly with Aldershot and moves from Craven Cottage in order to further his development.
Since making his move to England from Vitoria Setubal in 2004 the 19-year-old has been a regular for Chris Coleman's reserve side.
However Lambert is now hoping the youngster can showcase his ability at senior level during the coming season.
"Although he had little to do in the Aldershot game he showed what an assured keeper he is," Lambert told the club's official website. "He'll do well here."
If both parties are still happy with the arrangement come December 31, then Batista is likely to see out the season with the League Two side.
