Forest Green Rovers boss Gary Owers has added two more players to his squad ahead of the new Nationwide Conference National campaign.
Hot on the heels of keeper Steve Williams' loan move from Wycombe Wanderers, Owers has signed 21-year-old defender Alex Lawless on a non-contract basis.
The former Fulham man spent last season at Torquay United, making sixteen appearances.
Scottish striker Allan Russell, 25, who ended last season at Mansfield Town after moving from Macclesfield Town in 2005, has also signed a contract with Rovers.
