What do you think the back four this season with the current squad only & the players you think will start not who you want to play.

With the current squad I think our line-up will look like this:

Stalteri---Dawson---King---Lee

I'm not sure why but I don't know if Jol will throw Ekotto in straight away. This is how I'd like to see us line up with our current squad:

Lee---Dawson---King---Ekotto

Do you think Lee will play most games?

I think the back four with the current squad will look more like this:
Lee King Dawson Assou - Ekotto

Stalteri isn't good enough and hopefully Jol has realised that. I don't think we should have sold Kelly to be honest.

we really need Chimbonda.

if we dont get him we're stuck with Lee...unless we only have a 3 man defence?

Dawson---King---Gardner/Davenport (good young English defenders!)

and have Lennon and Assou-Ekotto acting as flying wingbacks/wingers

That sounds good but Gardener I don't rate at all and is to clumsy and unreliable and Davenport I do rate but does not have enough experience yet. We need Chimbonda. And I'm not sure about Lennon defending either.

nah, nor do i to be honest, but he'll fly up the wings. i havent seen much of Assou-Ekotto but i hear he's a good player?

is he more of a defensive left back, or a flying wingback?

I've only seen him once and that was against Inter Milan and he had a good game. He was playing quite defensive but overlaped on the wing when necessary. He looks like he will be a very good player for us this season.
