All you Liverpool fans who have been visiting the Liverpool website must surely know this. For the benefit of those who don't know it is a count down on 100 players who shook the kop. Simplie enough eh?

Who do you think will be first?

I wasn't even thinking of Gerrard until you brought him up. I was thinking maybe Kenny Daglish, Ian Rush or Robbie Fowler. Fowler would've been mine.

Gerrard wouldnt be mine (yet in his career) but look at it this way. Near all the younger people will vote for him having him in the lime light all the time. They wont know much about the past players so wont vote for any of them. And i also think alot of the more older people will have voted for him. its just as i see it. The day he picks up the prem with Liverpool will be the day he will be known as the greatest Liverpool player ever

I agree with Lfc_jason05.
I do love Gerrard and I believe he is the backbone to our team now. He and Fowler are my favourite present players. Ian Rush will be up there. So will Souness. Let's not forget Shankley.
But, Kenny Dalglish has got to be #1. Look at what he did as a player, as a player/manager, as a manager.
He also made sure that the lousy Manures didn't win the league one year even though it was with Blackburn
Not to mention the Hillsborough disaster that he led the team and town through together.
I have met him only once and was too excited to really thank him for everything he has done for the club.
He definately has my vote.
