Well, It looks like it could be a very interesting season in Spain this year. The top 2 will probably stay as Barca and R Madrid but after that its wide open. Theres about 10 teams going for the 2 Champions League places. Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia, Real Zaragoza, Real Betis, Osasuna, Villarreal, Deportivo and Celta Vigo are all in with a good chance of the Champions League.
Champions will be Barcelona again i think, closely followed by Real Madrid. I think Sevilla and Valencia will get the last 2 Champions League places Atletico madrid and Villarreal will get the 2 UEFA cup places. It should be an interesting season and I cant wait for it to get underway. What does everyone else think about it? |

I wouldn't include Betis, Osasuna, Deportivo and Celta in the group of the teams that could finish in 3rd and 4th position. And if Osasuna qualify for the groups round of Champions League I would include them in the teams that could be relegated. Atletico de Madrid have a good team and are playing well but I would never bet for them because they always have good teams but don't qualify neither for the UEFA Cup. I think that Villarreal will finish in a better position than Valencia because don't have to play european competition. Zaragoza I have doubts but they have signed good players. And Sevilla would have a good chance to finish in the 3rd or 4th position but they have to play UEFA Cup.
My prediction: 1 - Barça 2 - Real Madrid 3 - Villarreal 4 - Valencia 5 - Sevilla 6 - Atletico de Madrid |

I'm pretty confident about Real Madrid this year. I think we're gonna lose very few matches because I can't remember a Real Madrid squad with such defensive power as this actual team. And we're even better in attack because there hasn't been any noticeable gone and we have signed Ruud VN.
Barça should keep winning easily but I also think they will face some problems during the season. Getting used to win everything sometimes can be a bit risky. Believe me, I'm madridista, I know what I'm talking about As for the other teams...Atletico de Madrid is maybe the strongest one alongside Valencia and I think they'll get the other two CL spots. Zaragoza will make a great season too. My top 6: 1- Real Madrid 2- Barça 3- Atletico 4- Valencia 5- Zaragoza 6- Villareal |

I agree with this ranking, except #1 will be Barca and #2 Real. And Atletico might grab that 4th spot i think. |
