And how do you know that? I don't even hear the rumours ...

I think Kuijt/Kuyt has a pretty impressive strike record. 70 something goals in 100+ matches is an extremely good strike rate! Plus he consistently hits 20 something goals per season.

Granted he didn't do so well in the World Cup but he only played 2 games.

im looking forward to seeing him play.

i saw clips of his finishing on youtube and his variety of goals is very impressive.

the reason i am confident is because of the fact that Dutch players in the past have come to england and performend well. im sure if we give him time it will be seen as a very good bit of business.

But then again Kezman was going to be class. Dirk will be a flop, he just shoots all the time.

the difference between kezman and kuyt is that they are from diff nationalities. i thought about that when we were first interested, but dutch players tend to do well when coming over here if they have got something. Kezman was not dutch and just played well in the dutch league.

but then if you look at our squad as a whole there are only a few people who you can say will guarantee to get in every week, cos our squad has become very solid.

none of our strikers are guaranteed to start every game, which just shows healthy competition.
