HELP plz

HI everyone

I'm 15 and am going into the year of my GCSE exams. I am going to go on to sixth form and UNI. However my true love is footy. I am a mad wba fan and rarely miss a game. Because of this i have a huge ambition to be a top manager or coach. I am good at football and have a good understanding of the game, but i will never make it pro. So is it realistic to say i can make it to manage in the pro league having never played the game pro? What badges will i need?
