Jepson decides on squad

New Gillingham boss Neale Cooper will allow his assistant Ronnie Jepson to decide which players stay at the club.
The Gills have 10 members of their first-team squad out of contract, including captain Paul Smith.

And Jepson, who arrived at the club in December as assistant to previous boss Stan Ternen, will have the final say.

Cooper said: "Ronnie will have to be the hitman. I know we have a strong group of players but I only know a couple of them personally."
