Clyde and Partick Thistle had to settle for a share of the spoils in an entertaining stalemate that saw the woodwork struck three times.

Thistle had the better chances in a tight opening half, with Scott McCulloch clipping a post with a fierce 35-yard free-kick.

But Clyde captain Paul McHale was unfortunate not to score, thundering a 25-yard drive against the post.

A scissor kick from home striker Douglas Imrie again struck woodwork.
