Liverpool striker Milan Baros has taunted AC Milan, insisting their semifinal opponents PSV Eindhoven should be in tonight's
Champions League final.
Baros, 23, said: "I was surprised by PSV's performances. They were better than Milan in both matches.
"The Dutch were only a few seconds away from taking the tie into extra-time.
"After Massimo Ambrosini had netted his decisive goal, they still scored and tried to knock out Milan but it was too late."
Baros, who could leave Anfield after the final, has also spoken up for
Liverpool's defensive style.
He said: "Nobody assumed or predicted we could beat Juventus and
Chelsea but we have played well in the
Champions League this season.
"Maybe our way of playing wasn't so attractive but we have played efficiently."
