French goalkeeper Francois Dubourdeau has joined Accrington Stanley on a free transfer.
Dubourdeau has signed a contract with the League Two side until Christmas after leaving Forfar Athletic in the summer. The 25-year-old had spent almost five years playing in Scotland with Motherwell, Kilmarnock, Dundee and, latterly, Forfar. He made 18 appearances in the Scottish Second Division last season, but was released by Forfar ahead of the new campaign. Accrington boss John Coleman has moved for Dubourdeau to provide competition for present first choice Ian Dunbavin. |
