Forest Green to name new manager

Forest Green Rovers will unveil their new manager on Thursday night.

The Conference club has called a press conference and supporters' meeting to introduce the successor to Gary Owers.

Owers was axed after Forest Green started the season with a run of four successive defeats and midfielder Paul Wanless is in temporary charge.

Former Morecambe manager Jimmy Harvey and ex-Shrewsbury and Northwich Victoria boss Jimmy Quinn are among the leading candidates for the job

Jim Harvey would be a great boss for them and could turn the club around.he is a great manager at this level and the way he was treated by Morcambe after his heart attack was a disgrace i hope he gets it.
