OMFG LEEDS UNITED WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!! Very Happy The semi-finals are always the best Wink
Well done to Leeds anyway Smile An alright season for them so far Wink

Shlj you made my heart stop when you said 'Our Kelly nearly got sent-off again' coz I read 'Our Kelly got sent-off again' Ding-Dong! Laughing Wink

Thanks for the reports Shlj and Pat Cool Sounded like a good game, why couldn't the semi-finals have panned out differently and it would be a Chelsea v Arsenal final. Would have been a better spectical Rolling Eyes

Regarding the venue for the final:

Last year's final, between Arsenal and Charlton, was at High Wycombe - not really close to where either team play, but not too far I suppose.

The FA final, between Arsenal and Leeds Utd was at Millwall - miles away from Leeds.

The Community Shield, between Arsenal and Everton was at Crewe. Nearer Liverpool than London - but no complaints fro Arsenal fans overall on those three final venues I think.

But they are just not consistent Sad

Dunia Susi was a handfull and made it hard for Alex Scott for most of the game. There was a funny moment as well at half time when she went straight to the Arsenal dressing room instead of the Chelsea one Laughing

How do you know that? Confused
Did you follow them in? Laughing

Would I ever do that ? I have an excellent view on the player's entrance from my usual standpoint.

Well she reminds me of Rooney when she does this Twisted Evil a lot of talent but problem with the temper Confused I mean a normal referee would have sent her off definitely. That's what happened in Brondby.

Oh don't exaggerate! Her behaviour is far from Rooney's
- she doesn't clap her hands in font of refs' faces
or throw her boots on the ground after Vic subs her.
Very unfair comparison there, shlj.

And she does not go to brothel to meet the auld slapper:lol:
Seriously this kind of temperamental stuff could cost the team because she was excellent otherwise
she was the difference between the teams in the first half.
Zidane has the same kind of problem also.

Now you're dissing MY Zizou? Twisted Evil Tut tut shlj...

I know Kelly can be a real b**** sometimes during games
but I trust she knows what she's doing - she knows how far she can go
and I did not notice any situation when her behaviour cost the team much
(this red card in the UEFA Cup was unfair as we all know) Razz
But comparing her behaviour to Rooney's is highly exaggerated.

All Frenchies all love Zizou , he is our god Cool
And the red card I saw it coming from the 1st minute of the game, Don't know if someone taped it, but she was at it from the kick-off, she must be a gemini to be an angel and a devil at the same time.

Kelly's charismatic in the way she plays and does things. That's why I like her, a player who has an edge, OK she has done some things that aren't necessary and she can be a little naughty. Refs won't let it go sometimes and it's not good to see a player get sent off, maybe she hasn't learnt from her mistakes in the past Rolling Eyes Sometimes she gets away with things she shouldn't and that's why, I think, she trys it on with all refs and one day it will come back and haunt her Wink Maybe against Brondby it was unfair, though it won't affect her, it will add more Smile

Back on Topic Wink

I think TheFA are more worried about getting new fans into the womens game and therefore hold the Finals all over the place. As to attract a bigger audience and get girls teams going all around England.

I think Kellys very passionate about the game and for her team I've seen her play 6 times live so its not loads I know. She has a cheeky smile though sometimes.

Final to be held at Scunthorpe. Not bad for the Leeds fans but a bit harsh on Arsenal supporters. It is compensation for the 2006 final perhaps ?

That's fair for the Women's football supporters up north. There are loads of them.
