b) USWNT games on dvd's
c) a Solo shirt for Smoggie's birthday

d) Saving to go see USA win the WC

I'm not British and the way she speaks is difficult for me to understand sometimes.
She doesn't pronounce the words the way I'm used to hear them.
This is of course how they speak in Hertfordshire but for me it's just annoying.
I wish all the Brits spoke proper English the way the Queen does Twisted Evil haha!

I can understand Kelly, she has a different accent to me but that's coz I'm a country bumpkin haha Laughing
Nooo not the Queen! I'd fall down laughing if Kelly talked like the Queen..."Faye, may one have the ball please?" *skipping and jumping* Rolling Eyes Wink

LMAO Laughing That's not what I meant - just the accent Wink
Some accents make English not understandable for me
- and I'm not talking about somewhere up North,
I'm talking about London area - what I call sloppy is when people
don't pronounce 't' and use words like 'innit' - that's where I get lost Rolling Eyes
For you it makes no difference
because you speak the language since your first words and I don't Razz

Back to the League Cup - erm... it's over Laughing

hahahaha Don't come to where I live you won't survive. Everyone here sounds like:
'The ruff is falling dan' = 'The roof is falling down.'
'On the ar' = 'On the hour.'
When you have off words like them added with "chav talk" it gets pretty complicated Laughing

Yep...League Cup...soo..do...do..doo...

I don't think the Brummie accent is too bad - but I've not heard her talk, so can't say about her personally.

But lots of English people are difficult to understand even by other English people, and some aren't so bad. So I thought it might apply to people who don't speak English as first language too.

But, as you say - I'm Welsh, so who am I to talk Laughing
