Oxford look at Brevett |
|
Oxford United have handed a trial to former West Ham defender Rufus Brevett.
The 37-year-old is a free agent after being released by Plymouth at the end of last season. Brevett has been invited to train with Jim Smith's side so that they can cast an eye over him. Meanwhile, Oxford defender Gavin Johnson faces a spell on the sidelines through injury. Johnson is expected to be missing for up to a month with a hamstring problem. IMO This would be a good signing especially at this level and hes got the exsperience to keep Oxford were they are. |

It would be a good signing for this level of footy. Oxford as a whole should walk this division.

He should be able to do a good job at this level for them and his experience will prove vital this season.
