They might be our biggest rivals in the league but ill deffinitely be supporting Derry tonight. It would be great for football here if they managed to get through to the group stages. Paris will obviously be favourites but hopefully they underestimate Derry. I couldnt get tickets for the game though Sad

It finished 0-0, I only realised with 20 minutes left that the game was on BBC so I didnt see much of it. Derry should have had a clear penalty though.
It was an ok result, im dissapointed they didnt score but they didnt concede an away goal either so theyre still very much in the game.

Derry arent as bad a team as everyone thinks, they have a lot of good players and it wasnt really a surprising result here. Stephen kenny - the manager even said he was dissapointed with the performance and expected more.
I saw the highlights today and Derry had a few good chances and deffinitely should have had a penalty. They can play alot better than that though so hopefully they improve for the 2nd leg

Gowaaannnn the Derry, even though I support PSG and not Derry, it would be amazing to see them overcome PSG at the Parc Des Princes.

Finished 2-0 to PSG..
Pauleta and Eduard Cisse scored in the first half. didnt see the game but I have to congratulate Derry for getting so close. every year the irish sides are getting closer to the group stages and with Bohemians having €50m to spend in january they could make it soon enough

well obviously no tp players will want to but in the last 5 years or so the quality is getting much better. there was hardly any international players at all in the league but now nearly every premier league team have some. Theres alot of players coming from The English Championship too. If Bohs get a few quality players then they will have a good chance of making it and then who knows what will happen. Rosenborg are always used as the example here, they were a tiny club and the 1st norweigen team to make the group stages about 10 years ago and now thyre the biggest club in Scandanavia and regulars in the CL.

I still feel that even with that investment, its still not anywhere enough you need overall to compete in the CL.

What is the average attendance of Boh?

I know they wont compete in the CL but even if they qualify for the group stages regularly it will be great for the league. Just today UEFA announced the irish champions will get seeded for the 2nd qualifing round next year after moving up 7 places in the co-efficiants rankings. 2 years ago they were unseeded in the first round so its slowly improving .I havent got a clue about their attendances, their stadium holds around 12,000 but theyre building a new stadium next year so im sure that will hold more

No they play in the same league. Derry is in Northern Ireland but they base their team in the Republic.
