Fitness wise, i would suggest plenty of jogging and shuttle runs to improve both endurance and sprinting. For ball control there is the age old technique of kicking the ball against the wall and heading it against the wall. I would also look to do ball juggling.
None of these will compare to competitive games as you say but hopefully will get your fitness and touch back to a certain level |
