Dundee United through to the final! |
|
Dundee United are through to the semi finals of the Scottish Cup after an inspired performance against Hibs. The terrors were down 1-0 when Barry Robson brought down Dean Shelids in the area, Derek Riorden stepped up and cooly slotted the ball past helpless United keeper Tony Bullock. Things changed on 73 minutes when United striker Jim McIntyre scored from a Barry Robson cross to level the game at 1-1, 3 minutes later things got better for the Terrors when substittue Jason Scotland beat the Hibs keeper with a sweetly- struck left footer from outside the area. |

Well done Dundee United, they have been through some tough times recently, so good on them to get a breather from the league and get a good cup run and some pennies are sure to come along with that.

Celtic beat hearts in the other semi today which effectivly means that we (united) are playing in europe next season as well as a cup final!
But i would trade all that to stay in the SPL. |
