United told to up Miller bid |
|
Dundee United have been instructed to up their bid for Bristol City striker Lee Miller.
United have tabled a bid of around £200,000 for the Scottish international youngster but Bristol City chief exec Colin Sexstone said: "Dundee United have made an offer, but we've rejected that because it's well below the bids we've had from the other two clubs." "The talks with Hearts and Aberdeen seem to have gone quiet, even though we've accepted fees from both clubs. We're having to be patient and it seems like this will rumble on into next week now." Rangers and Celtic have also been linked with a move for the hitman who scored a remarkable 11 goals in just over 5 months with Hearts! Although Celtic seem moreinterested in Hibs Derek Riodan Sexstone also stated.: "I know Lee's agent is aware of the interest from Rangers, but the club has heard nothing from them so far." |
