wich league is the best?

i like the premeirship because its more exsiting than the other leagues in europe and evrey match is a good match but in the italyian league u wouldnt like to see a boaring match between to botom of the table teams eg: reggina vs some other team. but if u see boro vs charlton will be a clasic always these matches end 3-2 or 3-3 but italyian/spanish matches 1-0 2-1 1-1 thats why i like the premeir league ,
