Now as I mentioned on a previous thread I find Faye quite intimidating but I think she is an excellent player and captain and I have met her and she was OK with me and she seems to genuinely appreciate peoples support

Heres a pic of her signing for me

Faye may look scary when she plays but off the field I think she's very pleasant. Always gives you a photo or autograph , a very good ambassador for the game. Some player's could learn from her.

Fleets' is the one that has a kind of a triangle in it.

Could the other one be Sue Smith's? Smile

Tracy usually sits nearby the players' entrance/exit.
Maybe you should leave Emma's behind for once,
go up to Yvonne and ask her for an autograph Wink

Faye's Wish List for 2007

bbc:

Up for the World Cup
People doubted whether England were good enough to reach the World Cup as we only qualified for one of the last four tournaments in 1995.
The fact that a young England team has qualified for the 2007 World Cup in China is a massive achievement for the team and the country.
We led the qualifying group all the way but now we have qualified that is not enough. Ahead of us are nine months to work really hard and put England on the world stage.
We need to step up a level to beat the bigger nations like the USA, Germany, Sweden and Norway who are consistent year in and year out.
As players, we have to believe we will do well at the World Cup and be inspired.
The World Cup groups will be decided in April and the squad won't be chosen until after then but there will be plenty of friendlies and training camps to keep us focused.

The final countdown to Europe
Arsenal have competed four times in the last five Uefa Cup competitions and to reach the final at last is a massive boost for the club and the country.
We go representing Britain, as we are the first British club to reach the final.
Arsenal are a big club and we've been up there domestically for the last decade but playing against a top side like Swedish champions Umea will be another test and a vital experience.
I'm an Arsenal fan and proud to be their captain, reaching the Uefa Cup final makes all those cold nights training seem worth it.

Spreading the word
England's involvement in the World Cup and Arsenal's Uefa Cup challenge should help increase the growth, participation and media coverage of the women's game.
But there is still a long way to go to give every girl, in every part of the country the chance to play football at school or a local club.
At the elite level of the game, just getting the fixtures and information out is something that still needs a lot of work.
The women's FA Cup final is being sponsored for the next four years by E.ON and that is really encouraging.
The final at Nottingham Forest's City Ground on 7 May is being promoted as an end-of-season event for all clubs, not just those in the final, it will be a kind of festival, that should hopefully leave a legacy.

Trading places
If I could swap just one thing with my male Arsenal counterparts it would be the chance to train and play football every day.
I'm at the top of the women's game in this country and I still have to work it around a job and a full-time commitment that takes away from me the chance to just play football.
To wake up, train, play football and get paid for it would be my dream job.
I'm not too far off that ideal as I work for Arsenal and I am very well supported.
I work at the training ground, so I mix with the men's first team and they are very interested in the women's team.
Our manager Vic Akers is the men's kit man and I think he was the first person the men congratulated when we reached the Uefa Cup final.

Domestic domination

It is important for Arsenal to defend our Premier League title as that allows us to play in Europe again - and sometimes that is a stronger test than the league.
The FA Cup is also really important to us and last season we missed out on the League Cup, so we'll have to make amends for that.
Our manager likes to keep standards high, Arsenal invest a lot into the women's game and the reward for that has to be more trophies.
