Del Horno - will sign for Chelsea

It has been revealed by Asier del Horno's agent that the Athletic Bilbao defender will definately be signing for Chelsea for a fee of around £12m.

Del Horno is looking to take William Gallas' place in the Chelsea side.

Agent Jokin Barcena confidently stated "Asier's transfer will be done without a shred of a doubt. Chelsea have told me that there's no danger that it will not be done."

Do you think Del Horno is good enough to take Gallas' place in the team? Is he good enough to play for Chelsea? Should Chelsea be looking to sign bigger players? Should they be looking to bring the elite to the squad or is that where Mourinho shows he really is worth the money they are paying him? And what about the £12m fee involved? Is that too much?

Brilliant signing for Chelsea. Cole wont be joining Chelsea and Bridge will leave.

gallas leaving rite to where? anyone have any idea?

del horno wld b a great signing to addon to the oreadi impressive squad. but once again its Chelsea who can offer HIGH wages who can resist dem?

actually loyalty doesnt matter in football nowadaes.

This guys a class act, world class in my opinion.

Bridge aint goin anywahere and Gallas MAY go to Barca sometiem.
