As part of his recovery from the broken ankle he sustained while training with the England national team back in early August, Dean Ashton has been spending much of his time recently at the Total Fitness Hydrotherapy Centre in Handforth, near Manchester.
The Hammers striker has been making use of the state-of-the-art facilities at Total Fitness, that will hopefully help to speed up his return to first team action, and WHUTV spent the day with him last week to see how the rehabilitation programme has been going.
We filmed Deano working hard in the high-tec 'swim flume' facility and physiotherapy areas, and then spoke to Neil Fell - Director of Health and Rehabilitation at Total Fitness - to gain a detailed insight into the striker's progress.
