Norwich goalkeeper Robert Green has denied he is preparing to leave Carrow Road to enhance his England prospects.
The 25-year-old, who made his first appearance for England in the recent 3-2 win over Colombia, has insisted various reports linking him with
Manchester United and West Brom were wide of the mark.
"There's been a lot going on and a lot has been said, but not a lot by myself," he said.
"There's a couple of articles being written every day and I haven't actually spoken to any papers for about three weeks.
"There's a lot being written and not a lot of it true. You shouldn't believe everything you read in the papers," he added on the club's official website.
Green may have played down transfer rumours but he has not denied reports that he is willing to quit the Canaries in search of top-flight football and until he pledges his future to Norwich, he will continue to be linked with Premiership clubs.
