I was just wondering how does the relegation of teams work in the Northern Prem? How many teams go down? Also where do the winners of the Midlands combination get promoted to?
Sorry for all the questions |

I think that as there are 4 combinations and 2 premier second divisions that 2 teams will go down from the North and 2 from the South. Normally only the winners from the 4 Combinations go up. The Midlands winners will fit in wherever there is a gap depending on who goes up from the other divisions. Also I think they sometimes ask teams to swop leagues in order to balance up numbers. So you get odd geographical fits like Chesham in the South West league travelling huge distances when there are 7-8 South East teams within 50 miles of them. Last year was different because they expanded the top division but normally it is 2 down from North and South and 1 up from each Combination league.
