Highlights 1 Rachel Browns stunning save vs France 2 Southampton Saints staying up by beating Palace away 3 days after losing 5-1 at home to them. 3 Chelsea staying up in a play-off on the wettest afternoon in living memory 4 Seeing three cup finals on 3 different grounds on the same day 5 seeing the joy when Fulham scored their first goal this season. 6 great team performances by Hampshires U 18 and senior teams in their rep games.

Ok this may sound sortof weird

I went to the Arsenal notts forrest game and took kelly some sweets I'd got in the USA as I thought she may miss them (I personally like british sweets loads better) she threw me totally when I met her as she recognised me and as I was going I went to hug her but didn't have much room so put my hand on her shoulder and put my cheek next to hers I felt like she'd kissed me on the cheek.

One of my highlight of the season was 2 Arsenal friendly games in Germany : Sunny weather & good football and my favorite players in action.

I wish I could go to the Arsenal Ladies games. They would be memorable! But oh well.... Confused

I guess the most memorable thing this year would be seeing Engand qualify for the WC. Its great for players like Kelly Smith, Faye White(hopefully) etc to have the opportunity to prove themselves on the biggest stage.

On a personal note, a memorable time for me was winning the Preston Schools Cup for girls. We got to play at Deepdale! Ok, it may not be momentous for most people, but i enjoyed it!

Thats excellent must have been great to play on there did you go in the football museum ?

Its very encouraging as a female football fan who's too old to start playing to hear so many females playing

Thanks! We played after school so i didn't go in the museum then. But i have been in the museum a few times. Its quite good. I like the fact that the museum isn't afraid to display womens football. Some places you go and it's like womens sport isn't worth bothering about... I think the Euros being held at PNE last year has helped quite a bit though!! Have you ever been to the museum?

Can I butt in and ask where this museum is? Does it show the history of women's football or something?

Sorry, just interested Cool Wink
