I noticed the other day that Felix Magath had been sacked by Bayern and I was suprised because I feel he is a top manager. Roeder is at fault for the lack of January activity including signing Onyewu who is INELIGIBLE for the UEFA Cup! Magath focuses strongly on defence which was probaly his problem at Bayern, but we already have a lethal attacking force so defence is definetly the area to focus on the most. I feel he would bring more experience and guile to a struggling side as well as the ability to attract top players.

I am sorry but this is ludicrious blame freddy about the lack of transfer activity and the other clubs for not wanting to sell there best players LOL. Glenn is doing a great job we have only lost twice this year to birmingham and fulham. We are 9th in the league and stil in europe which is a stunning achivement considering all the injuries we have had to contend with. Glenn is doing a great job and I am glad he is still our manager.

Onyewu looks a decent player, not sighning him just because he cant play in the cup would have been a mistake. I have been to both his games so far, the loss to Fulham and the Victory over Liverpool and he hardley but a foot wrong, hes a good strong defender and was something we needed. As for getting rid of Roeder, the Chelsea manager lost Terry and Cech and blamed that for their bad form, if Chelsea had our Injury troubles theire would be no Drogba, Cole (granted he is injured anyway), Essien ect ect. But how many times has Roeder blamed a preformance on the injury crises, hardly ever, he sees it as a chance to let some of our youngsters come in and do a good job aswell.
