I didn't want to start a new thread over this, but apparently Nordby is retiring from international duty with Norway. And she will only play one more year with her club, Lyon, I think.

I heard Yvonne Tracy telling someone that at Arsenal game today - she came on as sub the day after an international Shocked
And Ciara Grant too Shocked

And Emma Byrne actually played 90 minutes ShockedShocked
It might be less strenuous for goalies, but......

The girls seem to be able to handle it more than the men. Fleets has done the same thing in the past.

Actually scientific studies have shown that tiredness kicks in the second day after a game and not the first, maybe that's why they can play two days in a row.

Yes, but I'm still annoyed and upset, especially after travelling so far to see England at Walsall the day before Sad
