From fair Game:

Millwall Lionesses dumped Charlton Athletic out of the London Cup after a penalty shoot-out, with the Addicks' Danielle Murphy and Casey Stoney both sent off.

Millwall's reserves also made their county final with a 2-0 result over Gravesend & Northfleet. They will contest the Kent Cup final with Charlton Athletic Reserves.

Wolverhampton Wanderers won through to the Birmingham Cup Final, a one-sided game resulting in just a 2-0 scoreline against Dudley United. Hannah Smith converted a 45th minute penalty, Michelle Thomas later adding the second. Birmingham City will be their opponents in the final, after hitting seven goals without reply at Aston Villa.

Goals from Donna and Stacey Arrowsmith, Beth Clark and Emma Lambourne secured a semi-final berth in the Cheshire Challenge Shield for Crewe Alexandra, overcoming a dogged challenge from Northern Combination outfit, Chester City, after being taken all the way to extra time.
Crewe go to Stockport County in the semi-finals, who also needed extra-time to knockout Tranmere Rovers. Macclesfield host Cheshire & Manchester League side Great Sutton in the other half of the draw.

Only Sheffield Wednesday now stand in the way of Doncaster Rovers Belles again retaining the Sheffield & Hallamshire Cup. The Belles had a comfortable 5-0 win at Barnsley, where Vicky Exley grabbed a hat-trick, whilst Wednesday progressed by beating their own reserves 6-0.

Whitley Bay were given a painful lesson by a rampant Newcastle United, who won the Northumberland Cup semi-final 10-0. They face Blyth Spartans in the final, who also earned their place with a 10-0 victory, against Killingworth.

The Sussex Challenge Trophy Final at the County Ground on Thursday 22nd March, will be contested by Worthing Minors and Littlehampton Town Reserves.

Dagenham & Redbridge and Braintree Town both came from behind to win a place in the Essex Cup Final on March 18th. Sara Sinclair and Kelly Stock scored the goals that put Dagenham through 2-1 against Colchester United's Academy side, whilst Braintree eliminated Billericay.

Plymouth Argyle demolished Devon Premier Division pace-setters, Exmouth Town, 16-0 to reach the final of the county cup, where they will look to win a record fifth straight title. Sam Blake, Helen Kukor both netted four times, Kay Lewis adding a hat-trick.

Lincoln City eased into the Lincolnshire Cup semi-finals, Gemma Hopkins notching a first-half hat-trick in a 7-0 victory over Wyberton. The Imps now host Nettleham for a place in the final, whilst Winterton or Scunthorpe welcome Rushcliffe in the other semi-final on March 18th.

Nottingham Forest's trip to Mansfield Town Reserves was a predictable mis-match, as the visitors hit the net eighteen times. Natalie Clarke led the way, with a five-goal haul, Lauren Cresswell added four.

Hereford Phoenix beat Worcester City by the only goal to progress to the Hereford & Worcester Cup final, where they will meet Hereford Pegasus.

Both Staffordshire Cup semi-finals were cancelled, Stoke and Cannock try again this Sunday, Wyrley and Stafford on March 3rd. The final will be held at Rocester FC, on Thursday 29th March.

Playing 9 to 11 must be tough too Wink

I wonder what Casey and Danielle were sent off for...
Some random bad-looking tackles or something really aggressive...?

Well...

A friend of mine has played against the reserve team and said it was more like a 90 war..so i imagine there was some sort of reaction from the Charlton players who should know better...but it will be interesting to know the truth!
