Horgan rejects Colorado Rapids move

Cork City's Neal Horgan has turned down a chance to move to Colorado Rapids in favour of a return to the eircom League of Ireland.

It had been thought that Cork had lost Horgan to Colorado Rapids, with whom he has been training with in Mexico for the past week.

Horgan has, however, rejected the terms offered to him by the MSL Western Conference side and will be returning to Cork on Monday and is scheduled to meet with Cork manager Damien Richardson on Tuesday morning.
