S G needs to be transferred immediately as he's guaranteed not to be left on the bench when LPool play TNS, he'll be needed on the pitch!!

Something I noticed on Liverpool FC official site:

"Rick Parry has this morning revealed that Steven Gerrard has changed his mind and committed his future to Liverpool FC. More to come shortly."

Now Im confused. Did he just want to see fans reaction if he decided to leave?

you can hardly blame Sol Campbell for leaving Spurs when he did , he wanted to be at a club that could win things and you cannot say Spurs could guarantee him that.

Gerrard has Done a u- Turn he signing a new contract on Friday has a contract clause saying that no 1 can speak 2 him untill the final year of his contract which is 2009 on 4-year Contract, beacuse he doesnt want a repeat of these 2yrs of transfer specualtion.

unless of course Liverpool get knocked out of the Champions League , finish fifth or sixth in the Premiership and lose in the League and FA Cup. Then he`ll be off straight away i presume . Smile

yes and for just £140,000 a week if i heard right . Nice to see money never came into and the only reason Grreedyrrard signed was because he couldnt bear to leave the club or the fans. As for the fact there is no get out clause in the contract , not worth the paper it is printed on .
