I thought Ferdinand deserved both Man u and England captaincy a long time ago, i would go with him for sure.

I haven't seen the news ,just what was written here.

Must say Capello surprised me ,but it was the obvious thing to do really. I think he asked Terry what else do these rags have and decided that he should give it up. If what has been rumored to be true in fact legit, then Terry's career as an England player may well be over and that sad news ,because he's a hell of a player. But there are players that can fill his spot in a second.

I'm glad Terry got sacked as skipper. I want to the see the press take this scumbag to the cleaners!!!!! Laughing

Fools will argue that this is a personal issue, not a footballing one. They are mistaken. Terry and Bridge were close friends, as well as teammates at both domestic and national level. And no matter how you look at it, the bottom line is that he's shagged the mother of his close friend's son. What's worse, he's got her pregnant then paid her off. So he's totally ruined any reasonable chance of Bridge and the tart getting back together. In fact, he's EXPLOITED the situation for his own benefit...all this, despite being married with two kids!!

By acting in this manner, he's potentially split the dressing room into those who back him and those who back Bridge. What self respecting leader would do that? This is why it's now a footballing issue - an England World Cup issue. Capello had to act and did so swiftly.

Some might say what Terry does in his own time is his own business, which I partially agree with. But the difference with Terry is that he's created the image of him being "Mr. Chelsea, happily married with two kids" to the media, and he's earned a packet off of that. So, by whoring himself in this manner and earning huge endorsements for his own benefit, he has no leg to stand on when his misdemeanors get exposed in the papers.

He's tried to exploit the media for his own bank balance, and now they're thirsty for revenge. Today, they got it...but they're not finished yet!

Roll on Sunday.

what he said!

If i had the time i couldn't have written it better.

The amount of Morons i have heard saying Capello's made a mistake ,is depressing. I just understand it ,how the moral values of some people are at such a barrel scraping level they don't see what this man has done.

My sources:

-Cheryl Cole will dump Ashley because he had a piece of Bridge's ex missus (Sun tomorrow?). Drogba also banged her.

About JT:
-shagged Hilario's wife (posted earlier).
-racked up 20K bar bill at Cup final.
-owes £1M in gambling debts.
-is bisexual: he had a fling with Will Young!! Shocked Laughing

Anybody know who this 5th Chelsea man is that this French bird Vanessa has scored with?

The 4 so far

Eidur Gudjohnsen
Adrian Mutu
Wayne Bridge
John Terry

I don't blame Chelsea's players if their single for wanting a piece of the action as she is very good looking.

John Terry shouldn't have played away though as he is a married man with children and has let them down.

He deserves losing The England captaincy in my opinion and I fully support Fabio Capello's decision this afternoon.

release the hounds!!!!!!!!
in other words let's get it all out please, if any of these allegations are true sex with a MINOR.
Homosexual liaisons then Terry's world cup dreams ends on those revelations, simple as that.
NOthing against Gay's ,but i just think that is way too much baggage to take to SA if you are making a serious challenge which England are.

It looks like Terry's management team is paying all these women off, much like Team Tiger did.

Money talks.

No, John Terry is a good player who cares about his personal life.

I don't look at their personal life but their professional careers-- Look at Michael Jackson. The Child Molester is one of the best Musicians of all time.

John Lennon degraded women but I like him. There are some people in this world you can't hate even when you want to.

err what court ever found Michael Jackson guilty? Sorry you are out of order. Terry made his bed but grown ups get over it.....life goes on.

what a let down.

once again the murky tale of money solving problems rears its ugly head. i bet there were a few relieved people on Sunday morning when the papers come out.

i dont expect this to be the end of it but i'm disappointed that the slag agreed to stay silent, i'd hoped that fame was her aim and not the money.

damn shame but everything will come out one day.

what is with this sympathy for terry in the media today, like he didn't bring this onto himself?
I really don't understand that! It's almost like the man was accused of something and found out it be a complete fabrication FFS. What is wrong with these people ,how far are the willing to enable idiots like this just because they have been "good servants" to the country.call me a cynic ,but if someone powerful isn't pulling strings for Terry right now then the world is flat.
England's hopes in the world cup does not depend on John Terry let me tell you, he 's a very good player and abetter captain ,but there are others who can fill his shoes technically and Ferdinand may not be as forceful as Terry but he can carry the captaincy off easily.
I wonder if there's some kind of covert push to get Terry back into the captains role before the world cup. As for those CHelsea fans in their support, well nothing surprises me from them mugs. Not after their full hearted support for that major flop Schevchenko, they can justify anything that lot.

What really annoyed me about Terry, was his "lap of honor" after the game against Arsenal. I mean, how does he have the audacity to do that. Does he really think that Chelsea Fan's "respect" (in the true sense of the word) him? Yeah, they may idolise him for being "Mr Chelsea", but if you asked any self respecting bloke what they think about a guy that would sleep with his mates woman, I think they would simply call that person a prick! To see him strutting round the pitch and saying that he didn't expect to get that reception makes me hate him even more. He can pay off who he wants, but in the end, what goes around, comes around so don't be surprised if we see pics of Drogba with John Terry's Mrs in the future! ha ha
