I think United will win tonight, Middlesbrough dont deserve to win after Southgate's approach and attitude towards the Man City game at the weekend.

Yeah i will also go for a United win. If it perhaps was the other way round and Boro had claimed a point at Old Trafford and were bringing them back to the Riverside for the replay then my outlook my be a little different. But Boro had their chance at home to take their chance against United and did not take it and i anticipate a much different story at Old Trafford. United have a few ky injury worries at present and are beginning to really show us the strength in depth that they possess. I will go 3-0 United or 3-1.

Saying that, Boro seem to have a history of doing well against Man U and Southgate will have his players fired up. but surely United will win this.

Very true but that great run against United came under McClaren who had a lot of inside knowledge about Fergie and the way he plays.

Well, not the best of performances but yet again we've come through with the result. Rooney should have had 2 as he was 1on1 with Schwarzer on both occasions and should have maybe duplicated the goal he scored at the weekend on the first and just buried the second.

The penalty was justified, Woodgate had no need to make that challenge if he wasn't going to take the ball cleanly. Ronaldo was smart and played the experienced defender and won the decision. Slotted home casually as usual and got us the win.

On a side note...... What the hell has Park got to do to stay in the team???!!!!
Scored 2 at the weekend and played well but is dropped for RICHARDSON?! I thought that was very harsh on Park and indeed when he came on tonight we livened up a fair bit.

Keep Ji on the park, pay someone to take Richardson off our hands if necessary.

Honestly? Sounds weird but i would honestly have to say no. I mean he is not in my opinion even up to the standard of the premier league, let alone a club of Uniteds calibre. We already have Hunt, Little, Convey, Oster and maybe now even Halford competing for places down each of the flanks and Richardson IMO is not better than any of them. Am i being to harsh do you think?

Typical opinion from someone who has never seen them play more than once or twice. Little in my opinion on this seasons form has developed into one of the best right sided players in the Premiership. Convey has missed most of the season through injury but on top form i know he is better than Richardson.

Laughing Richardson is the most bland player we have. All he has is pace and can hit the ball hard. He doesn't even use either of them, only once in a blue moon.

If we could get £1million for him I'd take it.

Completely agree. From what you have seen of Glen Little, Bobby Convey and Stephen Hunt Forev would you not personally agree on toop form they are better than Richardson?

Middlesboro Vs Manchester United
