Apparently the new stand isnt totally finished(the one behind the goal) but it still looks like a poor enough crowd.

Its been quite broing so far, theres not really any pace to the game. Cork should have had a clear penalty right before half time though

Yeah its the only game without a goal, Always seems to happen when theres a game on tv!

Cork are getting closer, just scored but it was disallowed for a foul on the keeper

Lol yeah was an obvious foul. Can't go into a challenge like that with the elbow's raised. The Cork player look dumbfounded with the referee Laughing

Finished 0-0 in the end, Cork were poor overall, they just didnt create anything and didnt play their usual football. Galway played for a draw and got exactly what they came for.

Full results...

Bray Wanderers 1-0 Bohemians

Drogheda Utd 3-2 UCD

St Patricks Ath 3-0 Waterford Utd

Cork City 0-0 Galway Utd

Shamrock Rov 2-0 Longford Town

St Pats are looking strong this year with another good win and Drogheda got their season off & running.

First Division...
Finn Harps 2-1 Shelbourne Smile

Gethins scored a last minute goal to win it so our season hashopefully kicks off now!

Conald, does that site link show a game/s every week? Or was that just a one off for Cork?
