Topor-Stanley joins Perth |

Nikolai Topor-Stanley has signed a two-year deal with A-League outfit Perth Glory.
The Olyroos defender, 22 last month, will stay with Sydney FC for their Asian Champions League campaign but will join 'the Glory for pre-season training once his obligations with Sydney are complete', the club said. "The club has made some really positive steps in the past couple of months with new owners coming on board and the coaching staff putting together a new-look squad which I'm confident will be able to have an impact in the finals next season," Topor-Stanley said. "There is a real buzz throughout the league about Perth Glory and I can't wait to be part of it." Perth Glory assistant coach David Mitchell says Topor-Stanley will be a useful addition to Glory's squad as it looks to make the finals after missing out in the first two seasons of the A-League. "Nikolai is a confident and skilful defender who will give us added flexibility on the left which was an area where we lacked depth last season," Mitchell said. "He is a terrific athlete who is creative in his movement from the back, he also likes to get forward and is a big threat in front of goal from set pieces." |

Not the best player out there but he's been pretty good for us - we're looking a little thin out wide now, especially on the left.
