Gravesend and Northfleet have changed their name to Ebbsfleet United.

Club chairman Jason Botley says they have made the change to try to tap into the regeneration of the area - and fans groups have backed the decision.

Botley said: "It is with a view to looking at the area and the development of the club longer term.

"With the influx of new housing and business and the development of the Ebbsfleet area this is the catalyst for us to move forward and upwards."

Ebbsfleet, pretty strange name!
