I am an expat living in Italy , any suggestions where i can watch the game in Itlay?

you mean on a tv i presume in a pub somewhere .

Yes, sorry in a pub. I know Sydney for example has a Liverpool supporters club so just wondering the same about Italy

It's short for expatriate.
