You have to be kidding right? I agree with Gerrard in the middle but Pennant on the bench after ripping England's best left back apart? It was one of his best performances in a Liverpool shirt I thought and if Crouch had been having a better than average game, his crosses would have been more effective. Pennant still has to be one of the best and most frequent crossers of the ball in the Premiership and has pretty good accuracy with it as well. |

I DONT BEEEELIEVE IT!!! Why on earth would you want Pennant on the bench? If Gerrard is to play in the middle as you wish, then who would play out right? think about it? Pennant played very well against Chelsea and has been getting better as the season has progressed! i really dont understand you. anyways, AC Milan have obviously got to be favourites. They looked very much a class team yesterday, and we are going to find it very hard, but nothing is impossible, and with Rafa, we have a manager capable of genius decisions in Europe. Just hope we get at them from the off like we did on tuesday, and dont do what United did and look stale. |
