will a british club win the uefa cup next year with sevilla bein in the Champions League?

Tottenham was probably the 2nd best team next year and if sevilla werent there we'd probably have 1. So with 3 mayb 4 british teams if Blackburn win intertoto cup in next years uefa cup can a british club win the trophy?

I think you will find Espanyol were the second best team in the Uefa Cup following Sevilla.

But on this subject i think yes. I mean we are entering three strong teams into the competition and may have a fourth depending on the Intertoto. Spurs and Everton particularly, i believe definetly have the personnel to make big waves in Europe's second competition, particularly as both sides will obviously be looking to strengthen their squads this summer and will have European football as that extra enticement and preferability from players.

i dont agree espanyol were the 2nd best team its all down to the luck of the draw if we werent drawn against sevilla i think we would of got to the final. And it doesnt matter whos the best team in a final alot of the time it goes down to whos got the most determination and desire to lift the trophy.
