Looks like Everton played alright in that game, it was always going to be tough, lets hope they can turn it around in the second leg. Good to see Neville get a whole game too. Their midfield looks strong.

Watched the Man Utd game.

Van Nistelrooy looks ready for the new season , it was only a matter of time before he scored last night.

Rooney also looks good for the new season.

Good to see Rangers winning aswell, i hope they can do well in the tournament but i think its going to be a real struggle when they face the big teams. Nice to see Man Utd win comfortably, i watched the game and i thought they got a bit lucky, debrechens goals that was disallowed for the push on Gary Neville looked a harsh descision and i thought the goal should of stood but after that Man Utd really dominated.

I hope Everton can turn it around and get through because it would be nice to see a team like Everton competing in the competition and see how well they would do against the bigger teams. They played well until they lost concentration, Neville is showing his quality in the centre of the midfield for them though, a big plus.
