My advice would be to take what you can as chances and opportunities are few and far between. If you look at it this way, you have more chance of being watched and spotted by a scout playing for Wrexham, than you would playing for your local club etc.

Good luck though, and maybe stick around so we can see how you get on.

If i was you i would stick with the team you are at for the moment , you can play for them for a while then you could move onto a higher level.

I dont currently have a team and cant find one.

So if you do leave your current club make sure you have another one there or you could end up with none.

thanks

Teams are hard to find as there are few around, if you look around and immediately swap clubs its sometimes hard to fit in. Also boys may giv u a hard time but somrtimes its coz they feel threatend, i used 2 play 4 hrsford boys -15's but i stopd gin coz i got soooooo much stik 4 it. then wen it tried 2 find anva local club it was rle hard, i now play 4 hainford grls, but i was without a club 4 ages, jus becoz i quit a club 4 sum stupid boys hu thout they were above my skill, i now play fr Norfolk -15's.
Hope iv been of help. Kassi xxxxxxxx

Play where you are at, take advantage of every situation put before you and if you play hard with a good attitude you will progress on. And, have confidence in your abilities and practice, practice, practice and practice. I coach 8-9 year old boys and if they were just serious about practicing, they be surpised at how it pays off.......

Try these sites, they may help you find a local club near you...

Some have either Forums to discuss or search for club and club/team listings;

http://footballgirls.freeservers.com/

http://www.womenssoccerscene.co.uk/

http://www.femalesoccer.net/

Sounds as if you are already on the correct path. Use any and all discouragements as a challenge to better your game, what we see as roadblocks can always be used in a positive way..... Very Happy
