Well were Crewe right to sell Dean Ashton, they got money for him but could they have waited till the end of the season? It will be better for him but the club will suffer.

Crewe have always been a selling club to survive!

I think Dario Gradi deserves manager of the decade for what he has completed at that club!

Different class!

Ashton however will be back in the championship again next season?

Will anyone gamble on him?

with ashton it was always a matter of time before he left crewe, there was always big rumors about big clubs interested in him well before he left. i think crewe we right to sell him, im not 100% on this but i heard they brought a new training ground with the money they got from him which can only be better for the club as a whole
